Welcome to Avoralenix. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, consultation services, and the booking of private jet charter services provided by Avoralenix (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them cautiously before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

Avoralenix operates as a private jet charter provider based in Hong Kong. Our website showcases six types of aircraft available for charter, alongside their respective specifications.

The website serves as an informational platform and a tool to schedule initial consultation appointments. No binding flight bookings are executed, and no fiscal transactions are processed directly through the website.

2. Consultation and Booking Process

Initial Online Request: Clients may select a preferred date and schedule a consultation via our website. This initial request is entirely complimentary and does not constitute a finalized flight booking or fiscal obligation.
In-Office Consultation: To finalize a charter itinerary, clients must attend an in-person consultation at our physical office address: Centre O, 14/F, 8 Hennessy Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Itinerary Customization: During this session, our representatives will formulate a tailored itinerary and service tier, recommend an appropriate aircraft from our fleet of six jets based on your explicit operational needs, and provide a definitive cost quotation.
Payment Policy: To confirm the booking, full payment must be made in cash at our office during or following the consultation. We do not accept credit cards, digital wallets, or alternative payment methods. A booking is considered complete and active only once the cash payment is received and a receipt is issued.

3. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be formally communicated to us via email at jet@avoralenix.com. Refunds are structured based on the timing of the notification relative to the scheduled departure time:

Important Note: Clients must explicitly inform the Company of any inability to board or intent to cancel at least 24 hours before the departure time to qualify for the 50% refund.

Refund Processing Methods

Accepted refunds will be executed via one of the following two methods:

Bank Transfer: If selected, the client must provide valid bank account details securely via email once the cancellation request is formally accepted.
Cash Disbursement: If selected, the client must physically visit our office at the address listed above to collect the cash refund.

4. Personal Data Protection (PDPO Compliance)

Avoralenix is committed to safeguarding your personal privacy in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (“PDPO”).

Data Collection: We collect personal information (such as names, contact details, travel preferences, and identification documentation) strictly for the purposes of arranging consultations, customizing flight itineraries, verifying identities, and processing refunds.
Data Security: Your data is handled securely and will not be shared with unwanted third parties, except for essential operational partners (such as ground handlers or civil aviation authorities) necessary to execute your flight.
Your Rights: Under the PDPO, you maintain the right to request access to, correction of, or the deletion of your personal data held by us. Requests can be submitted directly to jet@avoralenix.com.

5. Client Responsibilities and Flight Customization

While Avoralenix grants clients significant flexibility to customize flight schedules, routes, and onboard experiences, all operations remain subject to:

Aviation safety regulations, airport slot availability, air traffic control clearance, and prevailing weather conditions.
The timely arrival of all passengers at the designated airport terminal with valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documentation required by the destination country. Avoralenix holds no liability for flights missed due to documentation deficiencies.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
